Pre-order pieces are produced especially for you.  Please refer to the product page for the estimated production timeline. Most made-to-order pieces require approximately 6–9 weeks before shipping.

Once shipped, domestic orders typically shipped priority/ground  within 2–5 business days. We ship using UPS and USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently at this moment we had to suspend our international shipping due to increase in shipping cost and tariffs. We hope to get it up and running again in the near future.

What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?

We know how frustrating it can be when a package is marked delivered but you’re unable to locate it. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your building or property manager, and contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.If you have any concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend having your order shipped to a secure address where someone can receive it, such as your workplace, a trusted family member, or another location you feel comfortable with. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order, we want to help make sure your package reaches you safely.
